The company's history began in 1972 under the name Chisinau Poultry Farm (CPF). In 2000, the factory was privatized and reconstructed into FLORENI JSC. At the end of 2010, the company's majority shareholder changed, prompting the launch of new broiler chicken production facilities and the expansion and modernization of the slaughterhouse. As a result, the quality of Floreni-branded products improved. Since then, the company has focused on selling its products, primarily chilled, through its own network in Chisinau and throughout the Republic of Moldova. The company owns several large poultry production facilities in the villages of Floreni, Tințareni, Salcia, Hîrbovăț, and Cimișeni. The total volume of effectively utilized production space exceeds 200,000 m². The company raises up to 20 million broiler chickens annually, producing over 100 tons of finished products daily. As of August 1, 2018, the factory was reorganized into Floreni SRL. The company is gradually implementing ISO-compliant quality management systems. The incubator is currently certified.
