The company started its activities in 1997 with the production and sale of pomegranate juice raw materials. Since 2006, the company has received a license for the production of alcoholic products under the name A+CO LLC and continues to operate under this name. After receiving the license, it began to produce cognac alcohol, and shortly after, it began to produce and sell packaged wine, vodka and cognac products. The company, which has done great work within the country with its quality, has also started to export its wine and cognac products to the People's Republic of China and the Russian Federation. In addition, grape acceptance points have been established in Shamakhi and Tovuz. Cognac alcohol equipment has been installed at those points and is currently operating. A+CO has also started to produce alcohol products since 2012, and whiskey products since 2016.
